Consumer health data

Your private records stay private.

This separate policy describes the consumer health data Aethora Inc., doing business as BestieFit, collects and how you can control it.

Effective: August 21, 2026

1. Categories collected and purposes

BestieFit may collect the following consumer health data when you choose to use the related features:

  • Physical activity and fitness records: training plans, workout dates, activities, equipment or activity details, duration, completion percentage, sets, repetitions, workout notes, extra workouts, and daily memos. We use this information to save your records, display calendars and history, and calculate summaries you request.
  • Body and composition records: height, weight, body-fat percentage, bust, waist, hip, thigh, units, measurement dates, and notes. We use this information to operate the optional Shape Diary and show changes across your own entries.
  • Fitness goals and preferences: goals, experience, preferred schedule, session length, and optional cycle-related preferences if those features are offered. We use this information to configure your account and the tracking experience you request.
  • Derived fitness information: completed minutes, active days, streaks, completion rates, activity totals, and changes between your own records. We use this information to provide BestieFit reports and analysis.

2. Categories of sources

  • You, when you create a plan, record a workout, add a note, or enter a Shape Diary measurement.
  • Your use of BestieFit, when the service calculates completion, streaks, totals, or comparisons from records you entered.
  • A device or BestieFit account you authorize to synchronize with the same BestieFit account.

3. Categories shared and recipients

BestieFit does not sell consumer health data. We share the categories listed above only as necessary to provide the service you request, protect the service, comply with law, or with separate consent where required.

Aethora Inc. has no affiliate with which it shares consumer health data. Stripe receives billing and transaction information but is not intended to receive your workout or Shape Diary records.

4. How to exercise your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask BestieFit to confirm whether it collects or shares your consumer health data, access that data, delete it, or withdraw consent from future collection or sharing. Send a request from your account email to support@getbestiefit.com.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your records. A verified deletion request will be applied to covered data in our active systems and communicated to processors as required by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may prevent related BestieFit features from working.

If we refuse your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject Health Data Appeal. We will review the appeal and explain our decision, including any method available to contact the appropriate regulator.
